Na Savills Portugal, líder do setor, procuramos um Construction/Site Manager para o escritório de Lisboa. A função envolve coordenar equipas de construção, gerir o planeamento, acompanhar obras, controlar prazos, custos e qualidade, e assegurar a documentação técnica, com foco em saúde e segurança no local de obra.

Requisitos incluem licenciatura, 2–3 anos de experiência, competências de planeamento, domínio de PowerPoint/Excel/MS Project e inglês.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitectura.
• 2–3 anos de experiência profissional em gestão de projetos/obra.
• Coordenação/supervisão de obras.
• Conhecimento do ambiente Windows com foco em PowerPoint, Excel e MS Project.
• Conhecimento de inglês (outras línguas valorizadas).
• Capacidade de planeamento e organização.
• Foco em cumprir prazos.

Responsabilidades

• Coordenação e gestão de equipas de construção.
• Execução e acompanhamento dos prazos de planeamento das obras.
• Gestão do local de obra.
• Controlo da execução dos prazos contratuais.
• Controlo de custos.
• Relatórios de medição das obras – validação e preparação.
• Controlo de qualidade das obras.
• Elaboração de relatórios de progresso periódicos.
• Monitorização de ações de saúde e segurança no local.
• Execução de registos de entrega provisória e de toda a documentação técnica.

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Construction/ Site Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks / activities

• Coordination and management of construction teams;
• Execution and follow-upof works planning schedules;
• Site management;
• Control of contractual deadlines execution;
• Costs control;
• Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
• Construction quality control;
• Preparation of periodicprogress reports;
• Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
• Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents.

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• 2-3 years' professionalexperience in project management/construction work;
• coordination/supervision;
• Knowledge of Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project;
• Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
• Planning and organisational skills;
• Orientation towards deadlines.
