UrbanForm Developments in Funchal, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure timely deliveries within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee the progress of construction projects from start to finish.
• Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
• Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plan.
• Keep detailed records of all project activities including progress reports and documentation.
