This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for medical doctors, focusing on building a talent pipeline, ensuring candidate satisfaction, and tracking KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, and must possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills. To support our growth, we arelooking for an experienced Medical Recruitment Specialist, responsiblefor end-to-end recruitment of medical doctors across Unilabs Portugal, ensuringsustainable medical capacity to support growth, service continuity, andoperational excellence.

This role focuses on specialistmedical recruitment, proactive sourcing, relationship management with medicaldoctors, and close coordination with operational and scheduling teams toconvert recruitment into effective reporting capacity.

What you’ll do:

1. Medical Recruitment & TalentPipeline

• Managethe full recruitment lifecycle for medical doctors (general andsubspecialists):
• Buildand maintain a national talent pipeline of medical doctors and networkof recruitment stakeholders (Medical Directors, Unit Managers, MedicalSocieties,
• Specialized Recruitment Agencies, etc)
• Anticipatefuture recruitment needs based on Unit opening plans, Production gaps, Retirementor attrition risks, New modalities or service expansions
• Coordinatewith HR on Onboarding Processes, Contract types, Compensation frameworks, Complianceand credentialing
• Contributeto Iberian or Group‑level recruitment initiatives
  
  

2. CandidateExperience & Employer Branding

• Ensurea professional, transparent, and engaging experience for all thecandidates
• PromoteUnilabs as an employer of choice for medical doctors in Portugal

3. Data,Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Trackand report recruitment KPIs, including Time‑to‑hire, Conversion frominterview to active reporting, Capacity added (hours / exams / RVUs), Attritionand replacement rates

What you have:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Management, Business or related field (Medical recruitment experience may substitute formal education requirements)
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably healthcare recruitment
• Experience recruiting doctors (radiologists preferred) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with operational teams (not only HR) is highly valued
• Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced,operational environment
• Proactive, hands‑on, andsolution‑oriented mindset
• High level of autonomy andaccountability
• Strong organizational andfollow‑up discipline
• Data‑driven approach torecruitment effectiveness
• English- Professional work proficiency
