Job summary

Shape.Construction is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of the Shape platform end to end, from customer problem to live project outcomes. You’ll be accountable for measurable business impact and drive adoption across field and office users.

You will also steer how AI is integrated into our products, deciding what to include and what to defer. You will work with engineering, design, and consultancy delivery teams on live projects, ensuring the product delivers genuine value and results

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end.
• Real, hands-on proficiency with AI and AI tooling.
• Ability to design for both field users and senior stakeholders in a complex domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area end to end, from problem to measurable outcomes.
• Spend time on live projects to understand site operations and commercial needs.
• Ship AI features with strong grounding, latency, and evaluation standards.
• Prioritise roadmap trade-offs and communicate decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
• Grow the product function and the team through candid feedback and coaching.
