Lindt Iberia is seeking a Customer Category Specialist in Lisbon to act as a strategic consultant for Key Account Managers and retail partners. You will merge NielsenIQ/Circana data with retailer data to drive category growth, develop shopper-centric plans, and lead shelf-category initiatives across Lindt’s premium portfolio.

You will guide trade promotion analysis, monitor competitors, and identify listing opportunities to maximize market share in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualificações

Minimum 3 years in Category Management or Shopper Insights within CPG.
Experience with major retailers and their KPIs and data platforms.
Ability to influence retail buyers using data-driven stories.

Responsabilidades

Merge market and retailer data to identify growth levers for each account.
Develop and implement category growth plans for key retailers.
Support Joint Business Planning with analytical insights.
Lead category management projects at shelf, including planograms.
Identify distribution gaps and build business cases for listings.
Analyze shopper journeys to optimize touchpoints in-store and digital.
Evaluate promotional effectiveness to optimize trade spend.
Monitor competitor activity at customer level and identify opportunities.
