Work in USA is seeking a Concierge in Braga to deliver exceptional guest service at our luxury property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment while keeping the lobby welcoming and organized.

Requirements include fluent English and Portuguese, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at our luxury property in Braga. You will assist with a variety of tasks including making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and events, and handling any requests or concerns that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of our guests will ensure an unforgettable experience.
