PeakNet in Funchal is seeking a dedicated Concierge to greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and offer local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay. You will handle reservations and guest requests, coordinating with hotel services to deliver exceptional service.

Fluency in English is required, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Accommodation in Funchal is provided, along with visa and travel support for joining the team.

Qualifications

Concierge

As a Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel in Funchal, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to assist and guide guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and requests, making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
