Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
• Install and configure software applications as needed
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring or complex problems and develop solutions
