Work corp in Almada is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks.

You will install, configure, and upgrade systems, set up user accounts, back up data regularly, and stay updated with new technologies. This full-time role requires good communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware components, operating systems Windows and Mac OS and software applications Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and find solutions.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer systems and networks.
• Set up new accounts for users and manage access permissions.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software components.
• Perform regular backups of data.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients.
