Work corp in Almada is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks.

You will install, configure, and upgrade systems, set up user accounts, back up data regularly, and stay updated with new technologies. This full-time role requires good communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware components, operating systems Windows and Mac OS and software applications Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues and maintaining computer systems and networks. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa and women are encouraged to apply. Salary is 1100$ per month.
