Profession Computer Support Specialist City Funchal Portugal We are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal Portugal As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and maintaining their computer systems This full-time position is suitable for men with their own visa

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
• Install and configure computer systems applications and peripherals
• Maintain and monitor computer systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
• Provide technical support to clients via phone email or in-person
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
• Train clients on how to properly use computer systems and software

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of various operating systems Windows MacOS and software applications Microsoft Office antivirus programs
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as ping tracert etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary

This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month
