Zusammenfassung

TransPerfect is seeking a Compliance & Privacy Analyst to oversee the operational success of its Compliance & Privacy Programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks under regulatory requirements. The role works under the Compliance Team Lead/Manager and supports the DPO.

The ideal candidate has a Law-related Bachelor’s, at least 1 year in a compliance/privacy area, and certifications like CIPP or CIPM are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant Compliance and Privacy area.
• Relevant legal specialization and/or professional certifications (e.g., CIPP/CIPM) are advantageous.
• Experience working in high-performance, collaborative teams.
• Experience managing tasks related to ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 27001 or other standards.

• Lead investigation and drafting DSARs; monitor regulatory updates.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clients, sales and management.
• Participate in internal audit activities (coordination, reporting, follow up).

• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals as a team player.
• Learn and implement new compliance/privacy requirements and tools.
• Able to travel or work across time zones with clients and colleagues worldwide.

The Compliance & Privacy Analyst is responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect’s Compliance & Privacy Programs; ensuring successful completion and delivery of tasks and deadlines required by regulatory, statutory or other requirements, as an independent Compliance & Privacy Analyst, with support or direction given by Compliance and Privacy Team Lead/Manager, as well as Compliance and Privacy Officer, DPO.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Take ownership and handle all DSR requests; oversight of deadlines, outstanding requests, communication and assignment of required tasks
• Lead investigation and drafting DSAR. Monitor and research new or updated relevant regulatory or other requirements
• Manage stakeholder communication around Compliance and Privacy. Handle questions, such as RFP, from clients, sales and management
• Participate in internal audit activities (coordination, interviews, reporting and follow up activities), as part of internal audit team
• Innovate for continuous improvement in internal processes
• Thorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals
• A team player with a flexible and creative approach
• Ability to analyze and adopt/implement new requirements, programs and/or technology related Compliance and Privacy such as request tracking system
• Ability to travel and/or have flexibility to work in different time-shift to work with clients and colleagues worldwide

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant Compliance and Privacy area
• Relevant legal specialization and/or professional certifications, such as CIPP or CIPM, are an advantage
• Experience working in a high-performance, collaborative, and constructive team environment
• Experience managing tasks related to ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 27001, and/or other international standards

Required skills:

• Certification in internal auditor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus
• Experience or knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, or other online collaboration tools
• Experience in establishing and writing SOPs and/or Policies
• Excellent knowledge/experience using MS Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills
