BNP Paribas Cardif in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Compliance, Control & Risk Management Team Leader to guide a dedicated team in an international financial services setting.

You will lead French- and English-speaking colleagues, drive regulatory controls, and collaborate with cross-border partners to maintain high standards of risk governance.

The role offers a 50/50 hybrid model after the first month and a gross annual salary in the mid-30k range with a daily meal allowance.

Qualificações

• CCRM experience required.
• Strong French and English skills (C1 preferred).
• Experience leading a team in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Compliance, Control & Risk Management team in Lisbon.
• Collaborate with BNP Paribas Cardif stakeholders.
