CB Talents SP is seeking a proactive Compliance Control and Risk Management Team Leader to oversee CCRM operations in Lisbon. In this key role, you will manage a dedicated team, ensuring quality risk assessments and compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must have a strong background in CCRM, team management experience, and proficiency in both English and French. The position offers a salary between €33,780 and €35,400 per year plus a meal allowance, with a transition to a hybrid work model after training.

Qualificações

• Mandatory professional experience in Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM).
• Proven track record in team management or supervisory roles.
• Native or C1 proficiency in English and French.
