The Role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organised Community & Influencer Marketeer to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media, community engagement, and digital culture to help amplify Forward College’s brand presence through influencer partnerships and community management.

Working closely with the Head of Brand & Reputation, you will support the development, execution, and optimisation of community-building and influencer outreach strategies, while ensuring alignment with our brand values and student-centred mission.

Responsibilities:

Community Management

• Monitor and manage Forward College’s presence across social media channels and websites (forums, affiliation platforms, etc.), ensuring timely, authentic, and engaging interactions with followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a way that fosters a positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic community atmosphere.
• Track online sentiment, flagging potential issues and opportunities for engagement or improvement.
• Support the development of community engagement initiatives to grow and nurture our digital presence.

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify, research, and build relationships with student influencers and relevant content creators across social media platforms.
• Assist in coordinating influencer outreach campaigns, including briefing, service seeding, and performance tracking.
• Manage influencer databases, track collaborations, and compile reports on campaign outcomes and KPIs.

Market & Trend Research:

• Stay ahead of influencer marketing and Gen Z digital trends, identifying new opportunities to engage our target audiences.

You will report to the Head of Brand & Reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in community management, social media, or influencer marketing (even via personal projects or internships) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and influencer marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages, including French, are a plus).
• Passion for social media, digital culture, and community-building.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and activations.
