Job summary

The Social Hub Porto is seeking an energetic Connector Intern to activate our events program and nurture community connections. You will help set up event series, manage partnerships, and capture content for marketing while engaging with student ambassadors and hosting local events.

You are comfortable presenting to groups, networking with diverse audiences, and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Fluency in English and Portuguese is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an EU university for the duration of the internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect our student and corporate communities with ongoing events and activities.
• Assist in setting up events and programs for internal and external audiences.
• Be the go-to contact for events & community activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to fill the annual events calendar.
• Host and engage with local student ambassadors and collect content for marketing.
• Own and manage local social channels within brand guidelines.
• Attend local network events as an essential team member.
