The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon is seeking a Communications Officer to develop and implement the communication strategy for the Civil Society Fund - EEA Grants Programme in Portugal, ensuring high-quality digital content. The role involves close collaboration with the Programme team and consortium partners to raise visibility of the Programme's initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, Design or a related field.
• A minimum of two to three years' professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in storytelling and impact communications.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to travel across Portugal, including the autonomous regions, with occasional international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content for digital platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and presentations.
• Produce multimedia content: short videos, interviews, feature stories, photography, and infographics.
• Visit funded projects to capture on-site content across Portugal.
• Draft, edit, and ensure quality of all Programme communication materials.
• Update the Civil Society Fund websites dedicated to the Programme.
• Translate technical information into clear, human-centred narratives.
• Support development and implementation of the communication strategy with partners.
• Monitor reach and impact using analytics and adjust activities as needed.
• Plan and deliver events (in-person and online) like conferences and webinars.
• Represent the Programme at national and international meetings as required.
