Aubay Portugal is seeking a communications and design professional to plan and deliver tailored plans for diverse services and initiatives across multi-channel platforms.

The role focuses on creative concepts, storytelling, and producing professional materials while maintaining brand consistency and supporting internal communications and events.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in Communication and Design with mid-level seniority.
• Proven expertise in planning, multi-channel delivery, stakeholder analysis and message development.
• Strong graphic/presentation design, video editing and multimedia content creation.
• Experience developing and maintaining templates, manuals and reusable assets per branding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for content creation and management.
• Professional English communication skills (written and spoken) and valid work permit for Portugal.

What will you do?

• Plan, implement, and coordinate tailored communication and marketing plans for diverse services, projects, and initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts, compelling storylines, and key messages for various stakeholders and internal customer groups.
• Create, edit, and maintain professional written, visual, and multimedia communication materials, including presentations, graphics, and videos.
• Provide visual and graphic design support, ensuring brand consistency across all communication and event activities.
• Support internal communication, knowledge sharing, and event coordination through editorial review and content production.

What are we looking for?
