Natixis in Portugal is seeking a COBOL Mainframe Developer (French Speaker) to join the BPCE SI team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications for banking workloads, collaborating with business analysts to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet complex regulatory needs.

Required are 8+ years in COBOL, Pacbase proficiency, and strong communication in English and French.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional COBOL development experience.
• Proficiency in Pacbase and related tools/frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging and testing to ensure high quality delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Stay updated with COBOL/mainframe trends and technologies.
