Natixis in Portugal is seeking a motivated COBOL Mainframe Developer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining COBOL applications in a banking context, with emphasis on English and French communication and collaboration with analysts.

Candidates should have 8+ years of COBOL experience, strong Pacbase skills, and a proactive approach to mentoring junior developers.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of professional COBOL development experience.
Proficiency in Pacbase and related tools; English fluency; French mandatory.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications for banking systems.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing for high-quality software delivery.
