Natixis in Portugal seeks a senior COBOL Mainframe Developer (French Speaker) to design, code, and maintain COBOL applications for banking solutions. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust software, review code, debug, and test deliverables, and mentor juniors.

The role requires 8+ years COBOL experience, Pacbase proficiency, and fluency in English and French with a strong team mindset and proactive collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in COBOL development.
• Proficiency in Pacbase and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
