Natixis in Portugal is seeking a senior COBOL Mainframe Developer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining COBOL applications for banking solutions, collaborating with analysts to translate business requirements into robust software.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in COBOL, strong Pacbase experience, and fluent English plus mandatory French. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon and opportunities to mentor peers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in COBOL development.
• Proficiency in Pacbase and experience with related tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a motivated and skilled COBOL Mainframe Developer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques) team. The ideal candidate should have a senior background in COBOL development within the banking sector and be proficient in both French and English.

• Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications in compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize Pacbase tools to enhance application performance and functionality.
