Qualificações

• University or BTEC diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in software support is advantageous.
• Interest in systems administration, networking, and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments.
• Review SER Cloud system diagnostics and investigate performance issues.
• Create scripts for operational automation and incident response.

Conhecimentos

Systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Scripting languages (Shell, Ruby, Python)

AWS or Azure services

Security concepts/best practices

Formação académica
