Aubay Portugal is hiring an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to manage RedHat Linux environments and modern container platforms. You will implement scalable, secure architectures, automate with IaC tools, and troubleshoot critical systems in a hybrid setting.

The role requires 5+ years' experience, expertise in Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS). Portuguese and English fluency are essential; the company emphasizes integrity, teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Infrastructure or DevOps Engineer in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong containerization and orchestration skills with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Extensive IaC experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS in hybrid contexts.
• Solid networking, high availability, monitoring, and incident response expertise.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

What will you do?

• Perform advanced administration of RedHat Linux environments, ensuring high levels of availability, resilience, security, and performance.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms in hybrid on-premises and cloud contexts.
• Define and implement scalable, secure infrastructure architectures, including automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolve critical issues in production environments.
• Implement and monitor security policies, hardening, and compliance, alongside proactive infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors on transformation projects and incident resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an Infrastructure or DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in Unix/Linux, specifically RedHat Enterprise Linux.
• Proven expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Extensive experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), in hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Networking, High Availability (HA), Git/CI/CD pipelines, and advanced troubleshooting in critical environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
