Capgemini Engineering in Porto is looking for a Python Backend Developer to design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable backend applications in a cloud-native environment. You will collaborate with DevOps, data engineering and development teams to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of Python backend experience, strong Flask API skills, and knowledge of Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps and cloud services. Hybrid work two days weekly in Porto.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Python backend development.
• Flask API and REST API development experience.
• Redis caching mechanisms experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized apps.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Azure cloud and container services familiarity.
• Databricks and Apache Spark experience.
• PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
• Git and version control proficiency.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
• Hybrid work: 2 days per week in Porto office.
• English language proficiency mandatory.
