Sovos is seeking a Technical Lead in a senior TechOps role focusing on cloud-native infrastructure, automation and reliability engineering. You will mentor SREs, shape platform architecture, and collaborate with software teams to define SLIs/SLOs, runbooks and security standards.

Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS is essential. You will lead provisioning, scaling, and deployment of cloud infrastructure, maintain observability stacks, and drive production readiness across the team in

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field/discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in DevOps, SRE, SysAdmin or Cloud Infra.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team within a complex tech ops structure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in cloud-native architectures and HPC patterns.
• Expert in IaC and cloud/on-prem management (Terraform, AWS, Ansible).

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and coach SREs and TechOps engineers.
• Lead infra teams to high-velocity execution.
• Partner with software teams to define SLIs/SLOs and standards.
• Design, provision, scale, and deploy cloud infra and Kubernetes clusters.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code and robust observability.
• Review IaC, manifests, and architecture for production-grade quality and security.
• Define disaster recovery plans and runbooks; coach adoption.
• Integrate reliability practices and automated testing for infra.
