Devoteam is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to drive the digital reliability of our core backend architecture. You will bridge strategy and day-to-day execution, focusing on networks, servers and cloud environments while partnering with the Modern Workplace team.

You will lead two backend pillars, migrate to IaC, and manage global networking (SD-WAN, SASE, VPNs) to ensure high availability. Collaboration with CISO for DevSecOps and GDPR alignment is essential.

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years in IT Infrastructure with backend ops leadership.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP and IaC.
• Proven ability to manage international teams.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and drive execution across two backend pillars: Systems and Networking.
• Drive migration from legacy infra to automated, software-defined environments (IaC).
• Manage global corporate and cloud networking architectures (SD-WAN, SASE, VPNs, Firewalls).
• Collaborate with local IT departments across the EMEA region to harmonize tech stacks.
• Target 99.9%+ availability for critical backend systems and manage incidents and changes.
• Manage the IT budget with FinOps practices and optimize cloud consumption.
• Maintain and evolve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for cloud/hybrid footprints.
• Align with CISO to embed DevSecOps respecting GDPR/NIS2.
