Job summary

Wire IT in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Cloud Engineer for a hybrid role. You will work on cloud platforms, automation, and scalable infrastructure with a senior, international team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps, hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC (Terraform), and strong Python/Java skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with challenging projects and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
• Programming skills in Python or Java for automation and tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Understanding of SRE principles and production operations.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Role: Cloud Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
