Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced DevOps Azure professional to join a hybrid team in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering robust DevOps practices, cloud-native architectures, and strong CI/CD and GitOps capabilities.

You will contribute to platform improvements in a multicultural environment and collaborate with agile teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and a passion for observability and incident

Competenze

• 5+ years in a similar DevOps/SRE role.
• Strong DevOps, cloud and SRE experience.
• Hands-on mindset to drive platform improvements.
• Proven CI/CD, GitOps, and container tech skills.
• Strong Azure experience (AKS, storage, networking).
• IaC with Terraform and deployment automation.
• Observability, monitoring and incident management knowledge.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs and backend architectures.
• Experience with testing strategies (integration, load, stress).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to work in English within a multicultural team.

Role: DevOps Azure

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to independently drive platform improvements
• Proven expertise in CI/CD, GitOps practices, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (AKS, storage, networking)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment automation
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and incident management practices
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and backend architectures
• Experience with testing strategies (integration, load, stress)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Ability to work in English within a multicultural team
