Job summary

Valis is seeking a Client Deployment Lead, AI to own deployment of our platform at client companies, translating a CEO's AI ambitions into measurable improvements in efficiency. You will lead engagements from discovery through go-live to company-wide adoption, collaborating with the client's leadership team and a forward-deployed engineer.

You should have 7-10 years of experience in transformation or implementation programs, with strong stakeholder management, organization, and change management

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end transformation or implementation programs.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.
• Comfort with data models, APIs, integrations and LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and map how the client works.
• Scope deployments, success metrics and timelines with executive sponsor.
• Run delivery with a forward-deployed engineer and achieve live deployment.
• Drive adoption across leadership, employees and core processes.
• Advise CEO on AI transformation: what to automate and how operating model changes.
• Identify new use cases to expand adoption and value.
• Turn successful deployments into playbooks to speed up future work.
• Work hybrid, spending 30-50% on-site with the client.
