Job summary

Valis is seeking a Client Deployment Lead, AI to own deployment of our platform at client companies, translating a CEO's AI ambitions into measurable improvements in efficiency. You will lead engagements from discovery through go-live to company-wide adoption, collaborating with the client's leadership team and a forward-deployed engineer.

You should have 7-10 years of experience in transformation or implementation programs, with strong stakeholder management, organization, and change management

Role overview

As a Client Deployment Lead, AI, you own the deployment of our platform at client companies, turning a CEO's AI ambitions into measurable change in company efficiency.

You lead each engagement from discovery through go-live to company-wide adoption, working with the client's leadership team and a forward-deployed engineer. The role suits people who have run transformation programs, are comfortable with technology and want to work at startup speed.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and map how the client company works: structure, processes, decisions, data
• Scope deployments, success metrics and timelines with the executive sponsor
• Run delivery with a forward-deployed engineer and get the client live fast
• Drive adoption across leadership, employees and core processes
• Help the CEO with AI transformation: what to automate, what to redesign, how the operating model changes, how to overcome resistance and friction and implement real change
• Identify new use cases that expand adoption and value
• Turn what works into playbooks that make each deployment faster than the last
• We expect a Client Deployment Lead to work hybrid, spending 30-50% of working time on-site with the Client.

What we're looking for

• 7-10 years of experience, including transformation or implementation programs you ran end to end
• Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and get things done in complex projects
• Strong organization, project and change management skills
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders or founders
• Comfort with technical concepts: data models, APIs, integrations, LLM tools and agents
• High agency, strong bias for action and interest in AI products
• STEM degree or relevant technical experience
• Readiness to start as soon as possible
• Apart from preferred locations, we are ready to consider candidates from other EMEA countries

• Background in top-tier management or technical consulting/implementation, high-growth startups
• Hands-on AI implementation
