Quadrante is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer - Roads and Railways to join our multidisciplinary team in Alfragide. You will contribute to design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects and collaborate with international experts to turn ideas into reality.

The ideal candidate holds a Master\'s degree in civil engineering with at least four years of hands-on experience in roads and railways, fluent English, and strong skills in AutoCAD and calculation software.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in roads and railways development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and specialized calculations; BIM knowledge valued.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop roads and railways projects and designs.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines.
• Perform calculations for roads and railways using specialized software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, BoQ, and design specs.
• Promote innovation and improvements in design methods and processes.
