Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic Manager, CEO's Office to drive strategic initiatives across three markets. Based in Lisbon with frequent travel, you will own projects and partner with executive teams to accelerate growth.

You will shape plans, deliverables and outcomes, coach teams, and foster a results-driven culture while navigating fast-paced, cross-border environments.

Qualifications

• Candidate with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and drive results across initiatives across markets.
• Define objectives, plans, and deliverables from inception to completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coach and build high-performing teams and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as champion for results-driven culture and scalable growth.
• Engage with three markets and support executive leadership.
