A leading technology and electronics firm in Portugal is seeking a Privacy & AI Compliance Officer to support its compliance management system. You will implement AI and privacy requirements throughout the organization while collaborating with various departments and authorities. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in Law or related fields, experience in AI and privacy compliance, and must be fluent in English. This is a full-time, mid-senior level role that contributes to shaping the future of autonomous mobility.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in AI and privacy, ideally in an international setting.
• Experience related to the EU AI Act is an asset.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Additional language skills are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the Privacy and AI Compliance Management System.
• Advise on AI Compliance matters including Impact Assessments.
• Provide trainings on Privacy and AI Compliance.
• Support documentation of privacy relevant processes.
• Communicate with Data Protection Authorities.
