The Social Hub in Porto is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a dedicated kitchen section, prepping, cooking and presenting dishes that meet high standards. You’ll work with a tight-knit team, keeping mise-en-place and your station organized from prep to service.

Qualificações

• You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• You bring confidence running your own section during busy services.
• You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace.
• You have basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs.
• You bring a calm, organized way of working and solid time management.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service
• Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service
• Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady
• Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste
• Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks
• Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates
