You will collaborate with colleagues to innovate and optimize kitchen processes, supporting a dynamic dining program and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie with mastery of cooking methods and modern culinary practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage time under pressure while maintaining detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and manage daily ingredient availability.
• Place orders timely and efficiently.
• Follow guidance of executive chef and sous-chef.
• Propose new dish presentations and process improvements.
• Maintain kitchen productivity, focusing on speed and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
