Devoteam Portugal is seeking an IAM & Google Workspace Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap and execution of IAM and Google Workspace offerings, ensuring security, scalability and alignment with business goals.

You will work with IT, Security and business units to translate requirements into user stories, manage sprints, and monitor adoption to drive secure identity management in a cloud-first environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (Google, Microsoft AD).
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IAM and Google Workspace.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on business value and user needs.
• Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical specs with engineering teams.
• Oversee development, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Establish and enforce IAM and Google Workspace security policies and governance.
• Monitor product performance and user adoption and iterate based on data.
