Royal Caribbean Group seeks a supervisory cash handling professional to lead an international team of cashiers aboard our operations. You will count cash, manage coin counters, and ensure accurate reconciliation while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience in cash handling, familiarity with HR policies, and strong communication skills to interact with guests and shipboard staff. Proficiency in Excel/Word is preferred.

• Experience in casino, hotel, banking or related industry.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests professionally.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and shipboard staff.
• Ability to count chips and paper currency quickly and accurately.
• Ability to operate coin counters, chip mechanism and 10-key adding machine.
• Basic math skills for counting cash and preparing reconciliation reports.
• Ability to learn HR policies and practices.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.

Minimum hiring, language and physical requirements to perform the job.

One to two years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer contact position within the casino, hotel, banking, or related industry.

Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.

Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Ability to count chips and paper currency quickly and accurately.

Ability to operate coin counters, chip mechanism, 10 key adding machine and related equipment. Ability to perform basic math functions with regard to counting chips, cash, coins, and preparing reconciliation reports.

Ability to learn and utilize knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function.

Ability to supervise an international team of cashiers in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work.

Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or recommend termination of employment.

Thorough working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to

navigate within a variety software package such as Excel and Word.

Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.
