Job summary

Exaud is seeking a talented C++ software developer to join our team in Ermesinde, Greater Porto. The role targets developers with 2+ years in C++, strong Linux skills, and hands-on firmware experience with ESP32/STM32.

Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for a talented C++ software developer to join our team based in Ermesinde, Greater Porto.

WHAT WE NEED

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Solid software development experience and skills, 2+ years of development with C++
• Firm hands-on with C++ as well as with Object Oriented Programming principles and best practices
• Good knowledge of Linux and *NIX systems in general
• Experience with development for Yocto (preferably) or Buildroot
• Hands-on with firmware development in C++ (ESP32, STM32, etc)
• Source control familiarity (git preferably)
• Fluent English (both written and oral)

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE

• SQL knowledge and practical experience withrelational DBs (SQLite preferably)
• Familiar with recent C++ standards (C++17, C++20 and C++23)
• Knowledge of STL and Boost
• Familiar with Python and Java
• Hands-on with the development of performance-demanding high-load applications
