Silversea in Lisbon seeks an experienced luxury butler to deliver personalized in-suite services for VIP guests. You will coordinate dining, amenities, and guest requests, maintaining high standards of discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of guest-facing luxury service and certification, with strong emotional intelligence and knowledge of fine dining etiquette. On-site role in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years in Butler/guest facing services in a luxury environment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages highly valued.
• Professional butler or luxury service certification is required.
• Strong emotional intelligence with conflict resolution and service knowledge.
• Understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service.
• Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized Butler service by preparing guest suites per preferences and standards.
• Be fully knowledgeable of in-suite services, food & beverages, etiquette, amenities and functions.
• Coordinate and provide in-suite services including dining, amenities, housekeeping support, packing/unpacking, shoeshine and special requests.
• Maintain guest history records and communicate with supervisors and other departments to ensure prompt recovery.
• Assist in booking reservations for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory, and health compliance in suites and pantries.

• Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as (German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic).
• Professional butler or luxury service certification such as “The International Butler Academy) is required.
• Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
• Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
• Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation
• Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations.
