Siemens Global Business Services in Lisbon is looking for a mid-level Process Analyst – Knowledge-to-AI Consultant to transform fragmented business expertise into structured knowledge assets that enable AI, automation, and intelligent decision-making.

You will lead discovery engagements with SMEs, capture tribal knowledge, analyze processes across people and systems, and work with ontology engineers and AI teams to prepare semantic models and knowledge graphs for actionable business

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, knowledge management, process mining, or AI enablement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze how work is executed across people, systems, and organizational boundaries.
• Understanding of ontology, semantic technologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, metadata management, or information architecture concepts.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, pain points, improvement opportunities, and automation potential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge Discovery & Capture: Conduct discovery workshops with SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Capture tribal knowledge, decision-making logic, exceptions, and business rules.
• Analyze existing documentation, SOPs, policies, and process assets.
• Consolidate knowledge from multiple sources into a consistent knowledge baseline.
• Facilitate knowledge elicitation sessions to make implicit expertise explicit.
• Process Intelligence Consulting: Assess processes using process mining, task mining, and stakeholder interviews.
• Advise customers on the most suitable discovery and analysis approach.
• Work with process intelligence teams to understand actual process execution.
• Identify bottlenecks, variants, manual effort, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate process insights into actionable business recommendations.
• AI Opportunity Discovery: Facilitate workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Define and prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, and business impact.
• Quantify expected benefits and transformation potential.
• Create recommendation roadmaps for AI and automation initiatives.
• Align stakeholders around strategic priorities and expected outcomes.
• Ontology & Semantic Discovery: Lead workshops to identify business concepts, entities, relationships, and terminology.
• Define semantic concepts and business vocabulary together with domain experts.
• Capture business context, decision logic, and process dependencies.
• Harmonize terminology across organizations and business units.
• Prepare ontology requirements and semantic artifacts for implementation teams.
• Knowledge Preparation & Governance: Establish structured and reusable knowledge assets.
• Support creation and validation of standardized process and decision models.
• Define knowledge ownership, stewardship, and governance principles.
• Ensure knowledge is prepared for ontology development and knowledge graph engineering.
• Coordinate collaboration between business teams and ontology specialists.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as trusted advisor for business leaders and process owners.
• Coordinate discovery activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between business, process mining, ontology, and AI teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and executive audiences.
• Drive adoption of Knowledge-to-AI methodologies and ways of working.

As a Knowledge-to-AI Consultant, you help organizations transform fragmented business expertise into structured, reusable knowledge assets that enable AI, automation, and intelligent decision-making.

You lead discovery engagements to understand how work is actually performed, capture knowledge from people and existing artifacts, identify process inefficiencies, and uncover high-value opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

You serve as the key link between business stakeholders, process intelligence experts, ontology engineers, and AI teams, ensuring that knowledge is properly captured, structured, governed, and prepared for semantic models and knowledge graph development.

We are looking for someone with…

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, knowledge management, process mining, or AI enablement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Strong understanding of business processes and and the ability to analyze how work is executed across people, systems, and organizational boundaries.
• Understanding of ontology, semantic technologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, metadata management, or information architecture concepts.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, pain points, improvement opportunities, and automation potential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred

• Experience with process mining and task mining solutions such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Soroco, UiPath Process Mining, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with knowledge graph platforms such as Neo4j or similar technologies.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or Compliance.
