HN Services Portugal is hiring a Business Management Officer to join a strategic international project in Banking & Financial Services. You will work at the intersection of Business Management, Transformation, Governance and Data Analysis, supporting transformation initiatives and executive governance.

The role requires Excel and Power BI expertise, strong PowerPoint skills, and experience in organizational transformation or FP&A.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, FP&A, PMO or Process Improvement.
• Excel expertise is mandatory.
• Power BI dashboards, reporting and data visualization required.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Experience with organizational transformation or headcount management is valued.

Responsabilidades

Who We're Looking For:

HN Services is looking for a Business Management Officer to join a strategic international project within the Banking & Financial Services sector, working at the intersection of Business Management, Transformation, Governance and Data Analysis.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Support and drive transformation initiatives across the organization
• Manage and analyze headcount trajectories, capacity and x-shoring strategies
• Conduct gap and competency analyses in collaboration with management teams
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reporting using Excel and Power BI
• Track budgets, costs, savings and transformation initiatives
• Prepare and continuously improve executive governance and committee presentations
• Support PMO activities and strategic decision-making through structured analysis
• Contribute to organizational and process improvements across an international environment

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Relevant experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, FP&A, Project Management, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement
• Strong expertise in Excel – mandatory
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards, reporting and data visualization – mandatory
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to prepare clear, executive-level presentations – mandatory
• Experience with organizational transformation, resource/headcount management or x-shoring strategies is highly valued
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
