Propular, a property tech company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Portugal to grow its presence with developers, while being based on-site in Amsterdam.

This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with developers, presenting Propular’s platform, and coordinating with marketing and product teams. You will conduct market research on the Portuguese real estate sector and manage a sales pipeline.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor research.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with CRM platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
