Job summary

KCS IT is seeking an amazing Business Analyst to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of BA experience in Banking/Financial Services, strong knowledge of banking operations and products, and proven ability to gather and document requirements.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with stakeholders across levels and communicating clearly in English and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with banking and financial services projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products and business processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken).
