Требования: Mandatory professional experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance sector. Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products and operations. Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements. Hands‑on experience creating and managing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Good understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycles and system integrations. Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and board management. Good understanding of testing processes, including Unit Testing, Functional Testing and UAT. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and structured mindset. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proactive approach to problem‑solving. Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements. Comfortable working between business and technical environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
