Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Payments and Digital Banking environments to join our dynamic financial technology team. You will work in a multi-stakeholder setting to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

You will collaborate with product, development, and QA teams, participate in API discussions, data analysis, and testing activities to ensure robust financial solutions.

Qualificações

• IT experience is mandatory in Financial Services / Banking.
• Strong exposure to payments and financial systems.
• Experience with Payments standards (ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT).
• Familiarity with Digital Banking, Core Banking, and Back/Middle Office environments.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for payments projects.

• Participate in functional testing, regression testing, and UAT activities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Payments and Digital Banking environments to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial technology team.

Dare to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services / Banking
• Strong knowledge of Payments systems and Financial Messaging standards, including:
• - ISO 20022 ; SEPA ; SIC ; SWIFT / SWIFT MT94x ; MEPS ; Hong Kong Payments systems
• Experience in Digital Banking, Core Banking, Private Banking, Back Office and Middle Office environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL (ANSI SQL), COBOL (nice to have), and data analysis
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Solid background in:
• - Functional Testing
• - Regression Testing
• - UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Knowledge of Project Management and Process Analysis

Must Have:
