team.it in Lisbon (Hybrid) invites a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic IT and digital transformation team. The role requires 5+ years of BA experience, fluency in French (C1) and English at least B2, and excellent collaboration with international stakeholders.

You will analyze requirements, craft functional specs, write user stories, and map processes within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban settings, using JIRA and Confluence for traceability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in French (C1) and strong communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, and business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with Testing, Test Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance test processes, and test case definition and execution.
• Good knowledge of SQL, MySQL, database models, and data validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, project tracking, and collaboration.
• Solid experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Background as a Functional Assistant or within functional support teams.
• Experience participating in large-scale international transformation programs.
• Knowledge of process modeling methodologies and business process improvement techniques.
• Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or risk-related projects.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or similar Business Analysis qualifications.
