We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in financial markets, with a focus on equities, bonds, derivatives, FX, and related instruments. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with technical and business teams, and a clear understanding of market data, trading processes, and financial products.

What we need

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and market workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working with development teams and supporting end-to-end project cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with SQL (nice to have, depending on the setup).

Working model
