iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a mid/senior Business Analyst to improve electronic invoicing processes within the insurance sector. The role is hybrid, with onsite presence in Lisbon twice a week and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, support UAT and testing, perform data analysis and modeling, and help ensure governance and compliance across the deliverables.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of BA experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of invoicing workflows and compliance.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Experience with UAT, test case creation, issue reporting.
• Data analysis, modeling and validation.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• English B2 and ability to work onsite in Lisbon twice a week.

Seniority: Mid/Senior (2-5 years)

Help improve invoicing processes and deliver business solutions within the insurance sector. You will connect business stakeholders with technical teams, turning requirements into clear specifications and supporting implementation and testing.

Your responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Document business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams on solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, including test cases, execution, issue reporting, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis, modeling, and validation to support data integrity.
• Track deliverables and change requests, prepare user guidance, and ensure alignment with compliance and data governance requirements.

Main requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of invoicing workflows and compliance requirements; familiarity with electronic invoicing systems is preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with UAT, test case creation, and issue reporting.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and validation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• English B2 or above and availability to work onsite in Lisbon twice a week.
