Siemens is seeking an Experienced Professional for a Full-time, Hybrid role in Amadora, Portugal, within Siemens Financial Services IT. You will work on CRM enhancements, translate business requirements into IT solutions, and collaborate with an international team to ensure reliable operations and compliant documentation.

The position requires 5+ years in CRM (preferably Salesforce), strong IT and managerial support background, excellent English, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
• 5+ years experience in a financial services company in a technical and managerial support role with business process and system architecture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Work in international, agile teams with end-to-end responsibilities.
• Familiarize with CRM system landscape and core applications.
• Draft user stories to fill the innovation pipeline with new features.
• Own and drive topics from an IT perspective in collaboration with the business and IT partners.
• Co-lead integration initiatives of the CRM solution with other IT solutions.
• Ensure documentation is complete, up-to-date and align with security, local regulations and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-BU teams and keep knowledge up to date.
• Keep your technical knowledge current through training.

Your mission will be…

Working for Siemens Financial Services Information Technology (SFS IT), you will work on the continuous enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management solution by translating business requirements into IT solutions and working hand in hand on the implementation of these with our interdisciplinary and international team of IT experts. You will secure reliable operations and continuous enhancement while ensuring that regulatory and security requirements as well as agreed service levels and technical documentation requirements are met.

You will:

• Work in international, agile teams, in which you will take end-to-end responsibilities for your topics and innovative solutions.
• Become familiar with our sophisticated financing products, processes and business models, as well as with our CRM-relevant system landscape and business-critical core applications and systems.
• Continuously and pro-actively consult and support our business in all CRM activities and formulate user stories to fill our innovation pipeline with new features.
• Own and drive individual topics from an IT perspective in close collaboration with the business and the broader IT counterparts.
• Co-lead integration initiatives of our CRM solution with other state-of-the art IT solutions to enhance our customers’ experience
• Ensure technical documentation is complete and up to date and drive system compliance topics and documentation, including system security, local regulations, audit requirements and other international standards.
• Be an integral part of our excellent cross-functional and cross-BU collaboration team, together with our internal and external stakeholders
• Keep your technical knowledge up to date with the help of continuous on- and off-the-job trainings..

We are looking for someone with…

• 5+ years experience with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce
• 5+ years experience, preferably in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial support role with business process and system architecture
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Analytical, information processing and decision-making competences
• Strong customer orientation
• ITIL knowledge
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Fluent business English language skills (speaking and writing).
